Shipping Policy

How much time for order processing?

The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms. Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable. For any issues in utilizing our services you may contact our helpdesk on orders@mumtree.in.

The standard shipping time may be delayed in case you order in bulk i.e. more than 5 products in 1 order.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

To give our customers the world class product delivery experience, we have partnered with Shiprocket as Third-Party product delivery provider, who in turn manage the product delivery through various logistic companies in the local and internal market.

How are my shipping charges calculated?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout basis the delivery pin code, product weight & dimensions, and quantity ordered. You will be provided with multiple shipping options to choose from basis your discretion.

How should I select the right shipping option?

We know how important is to have completely hassle free delivery experience for our customers, so that they can plan the perfect surprise for their kids, and never to see sad faces waiting for their precious toys to receive.

Hence we curated our shipping mechanism gives you the complete flexibility to choose your preferred logistic service provider amongst many available for your address. You can choose basis shipping cost, delivery time or the quality of delivery service provided by the service provider in your local area (which you are most aware off).

The cost displayed against your chosen service provider/option is solely determined by our shipping partner and the same will be added to your order without any additional cost top-up by Mumtree to give a fair & transparent shipping cost visibility to our customers.


International Shipping

For now, we have not launched shipping outside India, but the same would be started soon. In case you still require our products outside India, then connect with us on info@mumtree.in, and we will try our best to help you out in your customized request.

Order Status & Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

You can also access your order status on your Account page after logging in the site through your email id and password. 

If you haven’t received your order within the stipulated delivery time on your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@mumtree.in with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
